Seeking a passive investor for my online multi-product business under the following structured return model:

Purpose of Investment: Procurement of inventory stock

Monthly Payout Structure: Fixed ₹20,000 (principal repayment) + fixed 4% monthly profit return calculated on the outstanding investment balance.

Security:
I own a land property in my native place with an approximate market value of ₹19 lakhs. The original registered Will document of the property, currently in my late mother’s name, will be provided to you as collateral security.
