Starting his journey as a carpenter, Iurie evolved into a project manager for large-scale projects and, for the past five years, has excelled as a full-time property investor, successfully completing multiple commercial conversion projects.

Meet Emma Howitt, a dynamic entrepreneur with a background in international corporate careers, including a remarkable stint at L'Oreal. Her achievements include winning the National Free From Award in 2010 for her startup, Pure Flavour. In more recent times, Emma delved into the property world, where she not only built and sold a successful Rent 2 Rent business in Ashford, Kent, but also earned accolades in the serviced accommodation industry. She's also an accredited property investing coach.
