About Miranda Carr
Miranda Carr serves as the chief investment officer at The Trust Company of Tennessee. She leads the firm’s investment committee and provides investment support for its relationship managers. Miranda earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Columbia Business School with a focus on finance and economics. She is a CFA® charterholder.
About Tracey Smith
Tracey Smith oversees retirement plan and endowment services in the Chattanooga area and surrounding markets. She serves as an expert advisor to our clients and leads growth efforts for The Trust Company of Tennessee. In addition, Tracey has experience working with nonprofit and foundation boards to develop investment approaches and strategies for endowments and other organizational funds. Tracey has worked in the industry for 16 years and holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Texas A&M University. She currently serves on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Board and the Food Bank Board.
About Zach Hurst
As Vice President and Managing Director of The Trust Company’s Chattanooga office, Zach Hurst provides holistic services to his clients, including budgeting and financial planning, portfolio management, retirement planning, tax strategies and estate planning. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science from Western Carolina University and a Masters of Education from the University of Georgia. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. His volunteer activities and board memberships include the Chattanooga Regional Homeless Coalition board of directors, The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Planned Giving Advisory Council, Mountain City Club board of governors and Forest Hills Cemetery board of directors.
