Investing in the Health of the Upper Peninsula Grantee Convening

Join the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Foundation, Superior Health Foundation, and the Michigan Health Endowment Fund for the Investing in the Health of the Upper Peninsula Grantee Convening on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at the Northern Center at NMU in Marquette.

This gathering will bring together representatives from the grantee cohort to reflect on the progress made since funding was awarded, share successes and lessons learned, and explore opportunities to further strengthen work in communities across the Upper Peninsula.

The day will feature engaging workshops led in partnership with Emergence Collective, designed to encourage meaningful dialogue, foster deeper connections among cohort members, and provide practical tools for enhancing program impact and evaluation.

Grantees will also have dedicated time to connect with one another, explore opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to a shared conversation about advancing the health and well-being of older adults throughout the region.
