In this Zen workshop, you will investigate and clarify your deepest vows through zazen, individual reflection, sanzen, oryoki, chanting and group discussion. Led by Sogen and Taigen.
We recommend that you read “A Vow-Powered Life” by Jan Chozen Bays, and bring a personal journal to capture your individual reflections and vows.
