The program is a 12-month mentorship. Each class is held in a property that has a rehab going on. After the rehab tour, a presentation is held. You may attend your first meeting for free without obligation; email [email protected] for information.
Our program is a 12-Month or 90-Day coaching/mentoring program. We meet every other Monday night in an active rehab project, taking a house tour, then holding a class there. We have a series of 6 classes that cover all aspects of setting up a Real Estate Investing Business, finding financing, finding properties, rehabbing the properties, then either selling or renting the properties. We also hold a monthly property tour, where we tour two houses and hold a class on establishing a project's ARV and Rehab Costs. Our students have a weekly Coaching call with Tim and me. We are also available during the week for questions and advice.
