Join us for this playful, focused, and empowering workshop concentrating on your inversion practice. You will move through poses that will open and align your shoulders, establish your foundation, and strengthen your core... all while gaining confidence, energy, and awareness.
The workshop will focus on Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand) with time to also practice Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance) and Sirsasana (Headstand). Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills, this all-levels workshop will offer supportive and challenging ways to work with your favorite upside-down asanas!
