Update: This is now 3-hour event sliding scale ($30-$80) for up to 7 people (5 spots left) at a private home in Louisville Our essence is divine, connected to the greater intelligence of life and ever flowing from the cosmic stream of Love. Our culture is obsessed with ideas of right and wrong, being productive and needing-to-know filling every second of every day. The felt experience of satiating love, embodied presence, and feeling our connection to All of Life happen at a very different rhythm than social media masses.
In this daylong workshop, you are invited to surrender to the Eternal Embrace. You get to be recalibrated by wholeness and bring your frozen, fragmented, and unsure parts home. We will slow down to the pace of nourishment and ride the wave of love. We will be carried through the unknown one sensation and spiral at a time until we land somewhere new. Freshened and cleansed by the waters within and without.
This workshop is for those new to and experienced with Continuum Movement®.
For those new to Continuum Movement, this is a somatic practice enjoyed by dancers, therapists, yoga practitioners, body-based healers, alternative healing arts practitioners and other deep-divers. All gender identities and sexual orientations are welcome. We use our own sounds and touch to create natural vibration to awaken the fluid throughout the body and invite movement to come from the waters within.
In this daylong workshop, we will invite and seduce the Eros of life and allow ourselves to be moved and fed by its fluid intelligence. We'll lovingly encounter our somatic and psychological defenses that keep us from allowing the stream of nourishment in and through.
The outline of our time will be:
- Arrival, principles and agreements
- Introductions and intention sharing
- Teachings: Introducing Continuum theory, sounds and sequences
- Your individual practice - The first dive
- More teachings and somatic coaching
- Your individual practice - The second dive
Eros comes to visit each of us at our own pace and timing. It's not a thing to be colonized or controlled and lovemaking starts with accepting what is and letting go of agenda. The intent is always to create a field that supports your nervous system to feel safe and open to the unknown and to integrate your whole Self. All practices are trauma-informed and particularly powerful for transforming pre-verbal and ancestral challenges. You will not be learning techniques to numbly repeat, but practices that invite you into the moment and bring your somatic experience into a multidimensionality beyond the daily rut.

Elan's life is dedicated to freeing himself and helping others free themselves from the unintended burden of familial, sociocultural, and ancestral imprinting. He believes it is your conception right to experience being in your body as an easeful, pleasurable and joyous experience. He has over a thousand hours of training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Polarity Therapy and has completed the Castellino Perinatal and Birth Therapy training twice. He is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and an Authorized Continuum Movement Teacher.
