Young inventors explore the captivating story of Charles Fritts, a visionary inventor who laid the foundation for modern solar technology and created the first practical solar cell in 1883. Children explore the principles behind his selenium cell and learn from his invention by designing and building their own solar-powered cars, showing how early ideas can grow into real, modern technology.
