Join us for a four course beer dinner featuring some of Florida's tastiest invasive species!The evening will start with hor d'oeuvres, beer tasting, and brewery tours, followed by a delightful four course meal. Each course will be paired with a beer from TBBC, Invasive Species Brewing in Ft Lauderdale, and our upcoming collab beer.
Menu includes:
Course 1: Butternut Squash Soup - roasted squash and winter vegetables, topped with roasted pepitas, creme fraiche, and chive oil
Course 2: Lion Fish Tacos - battered and fried lion fish with red pickled cabbage, corn bean salsa, and cilantro on a corn tortilla
Course 3: Wild Boar Ragu - beer marinated and braised boar with pappardelle pasta and parmesan cheese
Course 4: Chocolate Bark with Taro Ice Cream - milk chocolate, almonds, coarse sea salt, and cherries served with locally made taro ice cream
