Invasive Plant Series: Bush Honeysuckle

Help restore the natural beauty of our parks by identifying and removing invasive plant species such as bush honeysuckle. Explore the impact invasive plants have on native ecosystems and the benefits their removal provides for wildlife and native plant growth. Then work alongside others to remove invasive plants in a designated area of the park. Dress for the weather and bring a water bottle and work gloves. Some tools are provided, but participants are welcome to bring a favorite shovel. Pre-registration is requested.
