Let's care for our J Forest together-- Learn from a Master Gardener: Kick things off with a short, hands-on talk by one of our gardening experts. Discover how helping to remove invasive grasses supports the trees we've planted, keeps the forest healthy and is easier than it looks.
Join a relaxed work session along the trail--pull invasive grasses to give our new trees the space and support they need. It's simple, satisfying and a great way to make a real difference together.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for work outside.Bring gardening gloves (if you have them; extras will be available).
Community Service Hours are available!
Optional art activity for kids and adults.
