Intune is a therapeutic art & sound healing workshop focused on tuning in and connecting with your heart & mind.

Session flow

Art therapy

We begin with grounding techniques followed by an Intiutive art making session . We will then have the floor open to share and exchange thoughts & feelings .

Sound healing

Sound Bath- Frequency Healing with the sounds of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. As we are 70% water these molecules respond to the vibrational frequencies being produced by the Quartz Crystal bowls this facilitates in a release of toxins ( physical or mental). The 7 bowls are also tuned to the 7 chakras which enhances this process and helps in reaching a calmer state of mind.

The art & sound practises are designed to aid you in your journey of self discovery & creative self expression.

Hi I am Namratha -& I help people connect to their inner world through art & heart to hearts under my brand Tvastra.

I am a certified art therapist & work with both individuals and groups to create a safe non- judgemental space to connect with their hearts and express themselves freely.

Intuitive art making creative body movements journalling gratitude meditations & nature connections are some of the practises I explore in my sessions

Divya (Sound healer)

Divya is a Certified Crystal Bowl Sound Healer and Creative Professional her spiritual journey began after an open water diving experience.

An exploration of the healing power of water and the spectrum of sound frequencies led her to discover ---Sound Healing and Crystal Singing Bowls. Her love for sound is expressed in a practice that blends creative expression and deep frequency healing. She conducts workshops & private sessions through her brand name Lunar Hertz.
