Join Emma on the eve of Imbolc and the full moon for a day of turning inwardly as we immerse in various yogic practices, helping you come home deeper to yourself.
Suitable for anyone looking to feel the benefits of yoga, from beginners to those more experienced.
The day may look a little like this, but please allow for flexibility:
10am - 12:30pm | Yoga asana/relaxation/breath awareness/meditation
12:30pm - 1:15pm | Lunch and meander in the Guet
1:15pm - 2pm | Yogic philosophy – Yoga Sutras and stability of mind
2pm - 2:45pm | Introduction to Vedic chanting
2:45pm - 3:30pm | Yoga asana/breath awareness/mantra/meditation
3:30pm - 4pm | Yoga Nidra
WHEN: Saturday 31st January, 10am - 4pm
WHERE: Cobo Community Centre (upstairs MR2)
COST: £120
BRING: An open heart and mind, a yoga mat, blankets, cushions, a journal, a vegetarian lunch
