I will do Intuitive Soul Painting Workshops for Women for one year and we will finish the project with another amazing art exhibition.
You do not need to have any art skills to come and join us and enjoy your creativity and discover how amazing artist you are.

INTUITIVE SOUL PAINTING is the art of creating a full life, in contact with yourself, your intuition, your depth. It’s the process of painting from the level of our hearts. This is painting from the depths of our soul so that we discover and express ourselves a new to the full. In conjunction with mindfulness meditation of self, sound baths with gongs and some other techniques which help us to be able to move and release various emotional, mental and even spiritual blocks, which, as the forms of accumulated fears, have blocked our creativity and clear contact with the source of ourselves. Everything is energy.
This workshop is:
– a time for Transformation and Meeting Yourself
– the art of integration, enabling natural and intuitive self-expression through colors, sounds, movements, dance and meditation
– a wonderful unforgettable journey into yourself, which will help you to establish a connection with the vibration of your heart, which is like a gateway to the purest energy of the universe.
– a meeting which will awaken a curiosity to discover yourself and the world around you more deeply, as you feel the world more fully and vividly.
– a great chance to release blocked energy in you, release old fears and give yourself permission to let the new clean energy of life fill you up, giving you fresh potential to fulfill all your dreams.

These workshops are part of my Wellbeing Project for Women which I created in 2023 and realized with GROW Cymru charity organisation in Swansea. www.growcymru.org.uk.
My project was based on my previous project and work with women which was also funded by Swansea Council, and on my own life experiences, like domestic violence, being homeless with 2 little children, experiencing depression and anxiety and fighting to survive with help of my knowledge as qualified naturopath, Reiki teacher, sound therapist and artist. I am so happy that I can help more women now and I trust I will be able to do more workshops for men too 🙂, as w are all so important and we all need healing.
The project was funded by Swansea Council, Swansea Bay Foundation and many amazing businesses and people who helped us to raise all the money. Thank you everyone for your amazing support! 💜
Also I donated this project with 30% from a sale of my art work from my last art exhibition in 2023 and by doing voluntary many wellbeing workshops and donating money to make this project alive and be able to help many women and help to create better and healthier community for all of us.
