This workshop is a blending of simple yet expressive dance movements, breath, energy healing, & intention setting that creates a full body and soul experience. It is for anyone who loves to move their body freely and is the perfect time to connect with your intuition and creative expression. This intentional movement and breath will unlock inner freedom and bring you into a deep connection with your body and heart. It's a very "feel good" experience that will leave you feeling alive, energized, & inspired.

No previous dance training is required. This workshop is welcome to all and is very beginner friendly!
