Intuitive Painting – 3 Week Exploration

Each session includes connecting meditation, painting, and reflection.
Session 1 - introduces you to the basics of intuitive painting. I will take you through my personal method and help you identify and develop your own voice.
Session 2 - will introduce more techniques to apply paint to or take away paint from your canvas. Session 3 - will go deeper into interpreting the outcome of what ends up on the canvas. This will include intuitive responses as well as going back into the painting to make images more pronounced.
The intuitive painting process that facilitate is about making insoarinward realities outward expressions. Its not about painting a "pretty picture" but about revealing our individual truth in that moment. We seek to paint from intuition instead of mental processes. The decisions are "felt" or "known", not thought about or decided on. The process can bring about many different responses in those participating. from cathartic to empowering to energizing! We are dynamic beings that grow and expand continually so each painting session is a unique experience and snapshot of what needs to be expressed in that moment.
