“Introspective” Immersive Experience Art Walk with Maria Mor

When you walk through the series and look at each of the pieces, I invite you to immerse yourself with each one of them. Take a gentle and small sacred pause, breathe in/breathe out, and ask yourself: “What do you see?” Write the answer down in your journal/large piece of paper, keep a mental note, or type it in your phones. Then close your eyes and ask yourself the following: “What do you feel?” Describe the sensations in the same way that you chose to write the answers to the previous question. Make sure to label each of the answers with the respective name of the photograph. After, pick one or two images that truly resonated with you, whether it be from a visual, emotional, energetic, or soulful aspect, and write a short story about the image(s). Tap into your imagination and creative juices, create characters, add an environment, and play to the senses. The possibilities are boundless. Remember, there are no rights or wrongs. Create from a place of joy, integrity, and LOVE. The most impactful and captivating story will win an 8” by 10” signed matted photograph from the exhibit!

*Take a selfie with your chosen image from the “Introspective” Series
*Share your short story on an Instagram post so it lasts till Tuesday Oct. 8th

*Winner will be announced Tuesday October 8th, 2024
*This can also be done from what you write on the large piece of paper covering the table
