Introductory Reiki Session for Family Carers (Dublin South West)

You are warmly invited to an introductory Reiki Wellbeing Session with a Reiki Infused Sound Bath.
This session aims to support relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing.
It will also serve as the foundation for a planned monthly support group, in Dublin South West with your support manager Margaret Charles, offering information on the supports and services we provide and an opportunity for you to connect with other carers in similar caring situations.
Reiki Wellbeing Session from 10am to 1pm, followed by Light Lunch from 1pm - 2pm.
