This course is a perfect starting point for anyone who coordinates and/or supports volunteers in any capacity, or for anyone who would like to start involving volunteers in their organisation.This is a brand-new course aimed at covering the basics of volunteer management and therefore, is also suitable as a refresher for anyone already in a volunteer management role.
