This class offers an introduction to animistic and shamanic ways of understanding the world— the perspective that everything embody’s spirit.Rather than treating spirit as something separate or distant, animistic and shamanic traditions invite us into relationship: with the land, the elements, our ancestors, helping spirits, and the unseen dimensions that move through everyday life. This class creates a space to explore these worldviews in a way that is experiential, reflective, and rooted in personal connection.
In this class, we will explore: The concept of living in a relational universe. The ways humans traditionally communicated with spirit and the unseen. Listening, awareness and relationship building as spiritual pratices. How these perspectives can bIe integrated into daily life.
The class may include discussion, guided reflection, simple experiential practices, and opportunities to explore your own way of perceiving and relating to the world around you.
No prior experience is necessary. This class is not about mastering techniques, but about remembering relationship and cultivating awareness in a way that feels authentic to you.
