This workshop is open to all couples and is suitable for complete beginners — no previous yoga or tantra experience required.

• This is a fully clothed, beginner-friendly workshop — there is no sexual activity during the session.
• You and your partner will always be invited, never required, to take part in each exercise. Consent and comfort are at the heart of everything we do.

• Our intention is to create a safe, inclusive, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can relax, learn, and connect in your own way.

Aurelie is a Tantra and Kriya Yoga practitioner based in the Scottish Highlands. Trained in embodied tantric practices with Lynn Patterson (One Heart Tantra) and certified in Kaivalya Kriya Yoga and meditation, she blends energy work, breath, gentle movement and touch to create safe, sacred spaces for self-discovery, presence, and connection.

Aurelie’s workshops are consent-led, and designed for individuals and couples who want to explore intimacy, embodiment, and personal growth in a grounded, supportive environment.
