Learn Tai Chi - classes weekly Balance / Flexibility / Strength / Relaxation
Come out to a free class and try the first few moves of the Tai Chi set.
The Canadian Tai Chi Academy teaches the 108-move Tai Chi set developed by Master Moy Lin-shin. The Introduction to Tai Chi class runs for around 12 weeks providing students the opportunity each week to learn the movements of the Tai Chi set from an Academy instructor.
