Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect in the calming presence of horses. This restorative 2-hour guided experience combines gentle meditation, breath work, grounding practices, and quiet observation in a peaceful, supportive and natural environment. Horses are highly intuitive animals that naturally respond to human energy and emotion. Their calm, nonjudgmental presence can help regulate the nervous system, ease stress and anxiety, improve focus, and create a deeper sense of emotional balance and connection. In their presence, many people find it easier to quiet the mind, release tension, and return to the present moment.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, centered, refreshed and renewed with a deeper connection to self and nature. No horse experience or riding required.
Jen is a PATH Certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning (ESMHL), a therapeutic riding instructor, and a Centered Riding Level 1 instructor. With more than 15 years of experience, her work focuses on equine affiliative behaviors—how horses build and maintain social bonds—and the meaningful ways these behaviors overlap with human connection, supporting the emotional well-being of both horses and people.
