• Singing Bowl Tutorial: Learn how to properly play Himalayan and crystal bowls, explore different types of mallets, and get guidance on how to purchase your own singing bowl.
• Gong Tutorial: Learn how to play a gong, practice a few simple techniques, explore different mallet types, and discover where to buy gongs.
• Sound Bath Overview: An introduction to the benefits of sound healing, along with the fundamentals of facilitation, sequencing, and aftercare.
• Hands-On Practice Time: Get time with the instruments and start building your confidence.
• Q&A: Bring your questions! Time is reserved for open discussion.
