Step into an immersive weekend of sacred connection, ancient wisdom, and personal transformation.
In this experiential workshop, you will explore the Four Directions and the Elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water through the shamanic lens—honoring their cross-cultural meanings, symbolism, and power.
During The Immersion, you will:
* Honor, learn, and connect with the Four Directions and Four Elements
* Journey to meet your Spiritual Guides, Ancestors, and Power Animals
* Create your own personal Mesa (altar)—a sacred representation of your soul’s journey
* Experience ancient ceremonial practices using cornmeal, tobacco, kintu leaves, and sacred elemental objects
* Deepen your spiritual connection to yourself, the Earth, and the unseen worlds
Your Mesa will become a living altar—an energetic mirror of your heart, soul, and spirit—to guide, heal, and empower you long after the workshop ends.

Some familiarity with the history of Shamanism and journeying to the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds are recommended but not required.
Tammy Barton has devoted years to the study and practice of Polynesian, Peruvian, and Mayan Shamanism, leading sacred journeys to Peru, Hawaii, Belize, and Mexico. She is passionate about helping others connect with the spirit world in a grounded, heart-centered way.
