Introduction to Scuba & Mindfulness

Discover the freedom of breathing underwater in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
Higher Ground invites active-duty service members, veterans, and first responders to experience Intro to Scuba, a pool-based event designed to introduce the basics of scuba diving while fostering connection, confidence, and well-being.

No prior experience is required. Certified dive professionals will guide participants through the fundamentals, allowing you to explore the underwater world at your own pace. This experience is about more than learning a new skill, it’s about community, healing, and stepping outside your comfort zone together.
