Join Sally and Jaime, our Reward Academy Leads, who will share their 30 years of industry reward experience with you.
Our ‘Introduction to Reward Management’ workshop will provide practical advice and introduce you to reward models that will boost your confidence in total reward management- taking you on a reward journey, transforming you from a beginner to a confident “Rewardie“.
It’s a packed agenda but as an overview we will cover:
The day is designed to be as interactive as possible with regular breaks to ask our reward specialists questions, to network, and share experiences with other professionals.
We want you to embrace the reward principles and imagine what these could look like if implemented in your own workplace. We will share a typical reward lifecycle with you.
Having the right reward strategy is no good on its own so we'll be discussing communication and engagement too.
Our reward scenario simulations and group activities will test your reward application before we finish the day with building your own reward lifecycle and a tailored action plan to take away and implement.
