Are you curious about Restore Your Core® program at Simply Yoga and Fitness and what it can do for you? Want to improve or prevent core and pelvic floor issues (incontinence, leakage while running, jumping, or coughing, prolapse, diastasis recti, back pain, hip pain)? Restore Your Core® is a pelvic floor and core rehab program that strengthens and addresses your whole body. This will give you a crash course in breathing, alignment and core "dos and don’ts" for more functional core engagement and pelvic floor health.
This is also great as a refresher course if you have done RYC® before or want to learn what to expect in RYC® classes and the 6-week beginner series at the studio.
This workshop is beginner friendly and all fitness levels are welcome!
