Introduction to Pole Dancing Workshop

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING

• Wear shorts that expose your thighs, as skin-to-pole contact is needed for grip.
• Wear a tank top.
• Bring water.
• Avoid skin lotion on your hands or body before class, as it can make you slip.
• Avoid wearing rings or bracelets.

INSTRUCTOR: KITTY HOK

• Kitty Hok (xe/she/they) is a pole dance and drag performer based in Brooklyn. Xe is an ElevatED pole and Liquid Motion certified instructor. Since 2018, xe has taught at pole dancing studios across NY and in NJ. Kitty's favorite thing about teaching pole is helping others to feel the same self-love and empowerment that she feels when she dances. They bring positive energy to every class they teach!
