We are excited to host Lisa Hayes at West Down Village Hall, starting at 7pm, who is going to demonstrate how Pilates can improve your riding.Lisa teaches

Lisa is a fully qualified Pilates and yoga instructor, rider biomechanics trainer, equipilates instructor and affiliated instructor.
This demo is interactive so come wearing something comfy and be ready to participate.
This event is free to attend and open to both members and non-members so bring along your horsey friends 😃
