Embark on a journey into the language of the Buddha! 📚We are pleased to announce the Introduction to Pali Language Course 2026! Pali is the sacred language used to preserve the Buddhist canon of the Theravada tradition.
This course is an excellent opportunity to gain the basics of the language to better understand the suttas and the profound teachings of the Buddha.
Led by: Venerable Dr. Wiloye Wimalajothi (“Bhante Jothi”)
🗓️ Course Dates
The course will run on the following dates in 2026*:
- January: 14, 21, 28
- February: 4, 11, 25
- March: 4, 11, 18, 25
- April: 1, 8
*Note: If there are any changes in the class schedule, participants will be informed of these updates in class and through email.
🔸Course Fees
The course fee is $50.00. All fees collected will be used to defray the costs of running the Library. Your contribution directly supports the Buddhist Library’s mission!
