Please RSVP by claiming a ticket so we know how many people to expect for lunch.
Today's event is informational in nature and is limited to those18 and above.
Sant Baljit Singh Ji will not be at this event, it will be hosted by local practitioners.
We are located on the 2nd Floor of the Westchester Masonic Lodge (no affiliation) and there is plenty of free parking available behind the building - look for the narrow driveway on the left side of the building with the sign pointing to the parking lot.

Cost:
Our programs are always free. There is never a charge.
We are a completely volunteer run organization.

General Format:

The purpose of today's event is to give you some background and history of the theory and practice of the Meditation on Inner Light and Sound.

You will get an introduction to our group and the larger organization
A little history and general information about this practice
A 20 minute video talk by Sant Baljit Singh Ji
A discussion about karma, reincarnation (you don't need to believe it 😁)
and how to rise above this cycle through ethical living and meditation.
