In this immersive class, Sophia will share everything you need to start reading Tarot with confidence—for yourself and for others. With her signature blend of live presentations, reading demonstrations, and deep respect for Tarot’s esoteric roots, Sophia creates a learning experience that balances intuitive interpretation with creative exploration.

This class is open to all seekers—no prior Tarot experience required. Bring your curiosity, and take advantage of the open Q&A portion to ask your burning questions.

Sophia Knapp is a multi-talented musician, clairvoyant, Tarot reader, astrologer, and teacher. Renowned for her intuitive gifts, Sophia combines a grounded, uplifting, and often humorous approach to the psychic arts. She has worked with thousands of clients in one-on-one consultations and at high-profile events for companies like Netflix, Meta, Hulu, Instagram, and Pinterest. As the resident reader at Soho House West Hollywood and Malibu and a course instructor for the DEN Meditation, Sophia continues to share her wisdom and connect with a diverse audience.

Believing in the interplay of divine guidance and free will, Sophia encourages others to actively pursue meaningful, transformative experiences. Her background as a visual artist enriches her practice, enabling her to deliver poetic, resonant, and deeply personalized insights. Whether offering Tarot readings or teaching her craft, Sophia’s greatest joy lies in empowering others to trust their intuition and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

In addition to her spiritual work, Sophia is an accomplished musician. She has released albums both as a solo artist and as a member of the ethereal rock bands Lights and Cliffie Swan, under Drag City Records. Known for her silvery, emotive voice and vivid lyrics, she has toured extensively across the U.S., Europe, and Brazil, collaborating with and supporting luminaries like Bill Callahan, Juana Molina, Marissa Nadler, Jim Jarmusch, and Destroyer.

Sophia’s creative journey began with a BFA in drawing from The Cooper Union, and her artistic sensibilities infuse all aspects of her work—from the visuals in her music videos to the materials she designs for her Tarot courses. Currently, she is recording a new album while offering Tarot readings from unceded Tongva and Chumash land and connecting with clients around the world via Zoom.

REFUND POLICIES

All sales are final. There are no refunds for PRS events , except in the event of a medical emergency, including but not limited to a positive COVID-19 test. Ticket exchanges may be granted on a case by case basis, pending circumstances.

In the event that PRS is forced to cancel an event entirely, tickets will be refunded or vouchers offered for a rescheduled event.

PARKING

Limited parking is available onsite at PRS in both the front lot (entry from Los Feliz Blvd. when heading east) and back lot (entry from first alley way, off Griffith Park Blvd. from intersection with Los Feliz Blvd.), as well as street parking on Griffith Park Blvd. and (after 7 PM) on Los Feliz Blvd. We encourage attendees to consider carpooling, walking or biking to events if possible, and please be considerate of our Los Feliz neighbors when parking.

PRS EVENT POLICIES

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Events are subject to change without notice, including guest speakers and/or performers.
• We encourage you to arrive at least 30 min. before the scheduled event start time to find parking, enjoy the Bookstore and take your seats.
• Please turn off all mobile devices before the show. Talking and texting are not allowed during the events.
• No filming, audio recording or mobile phone recording of events, screenings, concerts or other programs by audience members is allowed without permission.
• There is no smoking permitted on PRS grounds.
• We strongly encourage guests to wear masks to PRS events to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
• PRS allows Service Animals into the facility under ADA and state guidelines. For further details please visit www.ADA.gov. No animals permitted whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support, under ADA guidelines and CA Health Code.
• Please do not bring outside food or drink into PRS events.
• Weapons are strictly prohibited at PRS events.
