Please find below all the information you need regarding workshop attendance.
Date: Saturday 4th July, 2026
Time: 10am – 4pm
Venue: Building 3 Lions Community Hall, 8 Russell Drysdale St
East Gosford (entrance at the rear of the building)
You will be given notes and instruction on how to get started with the process of lino printing. We begin with learning how to use the tools safely, and exploring the varied marks the tools can make. We will create a simple design (or use the one provided) and transfer the design to the lino, then carve it out using the tools provided. Finally, you will print your lino and refine your design if needed.
OH&S issues will be also be discussed.
All materials supplied
What you should bring:
• Some very simple designs of your own should you wish to use them, and a journal for notetaking. If you do have your own lino cutting tools, please bring them.
• Apron, coffee mug, lunch, bottle of water, disposable gloves.
Tea/coffee/milk and a light morning tea will be provided at the studio.
We look forward to a creative and inspiring day together.
You will need to wear closed in shoes while working in the studio for work, health & safety reasons.
