COURSE OVERVIEW

As a HOA board leader, you are a trusted member of your Homeowner Association (HOA). Your leadership is important. Whether you are new to your board, have board experience, or are an interested HOA resident, our Introduction to Homeowner Associations (HOAs) for Board Leaders Course is for you. You and your fellow board leaders will govern your HOA, administer its business operations, and promote a community of neighbors. You will have significant authority and fiduciary duties. Your HOA homeowners also have significant rights, protections, and obligations.

While HOAs vary in external characteristics, they are far more alike in the challenges they face and in their need for informed and effective board leadership.

In the Introduction to Homeowner Associations (HOAs) for Board Leaders Course we provide a broad review of the foundational knowledge and skills you need to be a successful HOA board leader. You will receive a certificate of completion.
