Introduction to Herbal Medicine for Beginners is an interactive, 6-week, remote course for the basic foundations of herbalism!This is a 6-week internet-based course and does not require you to be present at our school campus. You can take this from anywhere! Registration will remain open until January 20th, 2025.

If you are interested in herbal medicine but aren’t sure where to begin, this course is for you!
Introduction to Herbal Medicine for Beginners is an interactive, six-week, remote learning experience designed to help you understand the most crucial and practical aspects of herbalism.
During this information-packed course, follow Sam Coffman through video lectures and then discuss questions in a live class every week with Suchil. With 2 - 3 hours per week of lectures and interactive learning directly with Sam, you will learn an incredible amount of material. All videos (including the live lectures and Q & A) are recorded and downloadable, along with all handouts.
This course is an amazing way to jump-start your knowledge in herbal medicine across introductory topics like - Practical herbalism at home and in the clinic, Herbal first aid, Wildcrafting, Botany, Medicine making, Medicinal plant gardening, Materia Medica (25 herbs in detail) and understanding other modalities of natural health outside of herbalism.
This six week interactive course is also a wonderful way to prepare for the popular Herbal Medicine for Professionals course.
COURSE INFORMATION
Dates : This is a 6 week course beginning on January 6th, 2025.
Registration will remain open until January 20th, 2025.
New e-classes, pdfs, documents, and videos are uploaded each week.

(Live sessions are scheduled for 7pm CST and will last 60-90 minutes. Attendance is not mandatory, all sessions will be recorded.)
