Anji, yoga teacher of 18 years ( golf student for just over a year ) and her hubby, professional golf coach for 30 years, Jason have brought the best of what they know to enhance your life with a bit of yoga and golf.Join us for a wonderful introductory day to golf, perfect for beginners to golf or yoga. Improvers are welcome as you will reap the benefits by practicing yoga too.
The day will start with functional yoga practices to prepare your body for the movement patterns associated with golf.
Jason will then introduce you to this beautiful game.
Jason has plenty of tech and equipment to make the learning fun and varied, and Jason really does have the patience of a saint.
All club hire and balls will be included in the price plus a brand new training aid golf glove for you to keep.
After lunch (which is included in the price) there will be a little bit of pranayama and meditation to keep the focus followed by more golf coaching. The day will finish with a good stretch out to ease all the muscles you have used.
The cost is £80
Even if you are too busy to take up Golf as a sport, this day will still be full of fun and frustration, 😉 and you'll learn many new skills.
