About this Event
Welcome to Introduction to Girl Scouts- Troop Meeting I! Join us for a fun-filled afternoon at the North Regional Library - Hennepin County Library. We are inviting all of the families who expressed interest in a BIPOC Mentored Troop to monthly meetings to meet each other, and engage with Girl Scouts!
The Girl Scouts AND Caregivers will receive hands on experience of the four Girl Scout pillars: STEM, Life Skills, Outdoors, and Entrepreneurship.
We will meet once a month for 4 months with different Girl Scout staff members who will teach adults how to lead their own troop. Together, staff and caregivers will facilitate the troop meeting and teach the scouts the importance of courage and confidence!
Girl Scouts need to be accompanied by an adult. Siblings are welcome to join as well, but please register them as well!
