Introduction to Genealogy

Brought to you by Metropolitan Community College, this 2 hour continuing education course will get you started on your genealogical journey. Learn how to begin building your family tree, where to find information, and the best practices for doing your research. At the end of this session you will have a beginning to your family tree, a clear goal to continue building your family history, and the information needed to continue your research.
This course will be led by genealogist Shannon Justice who has been practicing family research for over 25 years, is certified in cemetery preservation, and manager of History Walks, LLC.
