Introduction to Gamemaker (Secondary teachers) Cardiff- 11/12/24

This training course is aimed for teachers who have limited or no previous knowledge of the Gamemaker software.

With the increasing use of Gamemaker within the GCSE and the AS Digital Technology courses, this is an opportunity to gain confidence and the knowledge to create your own game. During the day we hope to give you the skills to be able to create your own animated characters, design and create your own levels, create collectables and a scoring system. We are confident that anyone attending this training will be able to return to their school with a solid understanding of how to work through and create a basic game.

Following the training day, there will be a further 30min online drop in session for any further assistance required.

The course will be delivered through English, however our trainers are fluent in both English and Cymraeg.
