This hands-on workshop focuses on crafting fresh pasta at home. You’ll learn the time-honored techniques of mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping fresh pasta from scratch – no fancy machines required. We will work through two simple pasta recipes from start to finish, create a simple tomato sauce, and share a meal together of our fresh pasta.
