Interested in learning more about forest bathing, and some of the events offered by Find Your Path?Join me, Jodi, for a mini-session that will give you a little taste of what forest bathing is. You can ask questions and learn more about which of the 22 current paths you may be interested in. Dress for the weather, and expect a short little hike on the paved path (but know it may be slick or covered with snow). This will be a good preview of some of the upcoming events that you can participate in when the spring weather gets here.
There is no cost to join this information session, and there will be snacks and tea/cocoa available.
If you are planning to attend, please respond as "going" so I have enough refreshments. :-)
