Introduction to Energy Workshop

Explore the world of energy through an interactive 2-hour workshop focused on awareness, breath, vibration, and energetic connection. Participants will experience guided exercises designed to explore how energy may be sensed, directed, and influenced through intention, sound, breathwork, movement, and focused awareness. Blending experiential activities with grounded discussion, this workshop also touches on nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and self-awareness in a welcoming, open-minded environment. No experience is necessary — only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
