A 90-minute guided session
Join us for an immersive experience that blends practical energy awareness and breath techniques, supported by an integrative sound bath by Alpa. Perfect if you’re curious about breathwork, energy awareness, or simply looking for deep restoration.
Facilitated by Victoria Hart, a Certified Energy Codes Practitioner and Soul Path Guide who works with the body’s subtle energy field to restore balance and clarity, particularly during times of uncertainty or change.
This session focuses on Anchoring & Stability — helping you feel more grounded, present, and supported within your body — particularly if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or caught in your thoughts.
We begin with simple teachings — exploring the difference between living as though life is happening to you, versus learning how to consciously participate in your experience of life — along with guided breath practices designed to help regulate the nervous system, anchor your energy, and restore inner coherence.
We’ll then ease into a relaxing sound bath to support integration and rest.
