BEGIN A SIMPLE NEW PRACTICE FOR 2025
In this 3-Part workshop, we will explore an amazing stress-reduction tool called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques commonly known as tapping). Tapping is easy to learn & self-applied. It is useful when dealing with negative emotions & physical pain. It turns off the stress response & leaves you feeling relaxed, grounded, calm.
