In this class, you will be introduced to the foundational principles of Core Shamanism and the practice of shamanic journeying.

You’ll learn how to work with your energy, understand the role of rhythm and drumming, and explore the differences between Western approaches and shamanic ways of being.
You will be guided through a drum-led journey, where you will enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness with the intention of meeting your power animal.
​This class is designed to support you in having a direct experience of this connection and building confidence in your ability to access it.
This class is shared through a modern, experiential lens and is not tied to any specific cultural or tribal tradition. It is offered with respect for the traditions that have inspired this work.
