Even though this workshop is called an Introduction to chakras, it contains a lot of useful information for beginners and experienced alike.

We shall be covering:

What chakras are

Which organs and emotions they link to

How to identify and assess them

Whether they are working properly

We shall cover some basic exercises to correct them in yourself, and ways to eat, act and move in order to keep yourself rebalanced for the future
