About this Event

Buddhist teachings are rich with meaning that become practical tools to help us navigate the challenges of daily life. During these classes, we will explore the basics of Buddhism, and come to understand more clearly what is meant by many Buddhist terms such as karma, Dharma, Sangha, liberation and enlightenment.

Each class will include time for meditation, a short teaching, and the chance to ask questions. Beginners welcome! No experience necessary.

General meditation classes are given as a series but can also be taken individually. Chairs and cushions are provided.
