We're excited to welcome Marie to Lightways, whose talk will be about something incredibly simple — and profoundly powerful: the breath.
Breathing is something we all do, all day, every day — but most of us do it without thinking, and often without doing it well. Her training in breathwork was inspired by the groundbreaking work of James Nestor, whose book “Breath” reveals how modern life has caused us to lose touch with the art and science of healthy breathing.
Research now shows that how we breathe can dramatically impact our stress levels, sleep, mental clarity, digestion, immunity, and even our emotional well-being.
In this talk, she'll guide you through how simple shifts in your breathing can bring real transformation — calming the nervous system, boosting energy, and restoring balance to both body and mind.
